How To Eradicate Terrrorism

“A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual doom.

Almost always, the creative dedicated minority has made the world better.

An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.

I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality. This is why right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant.

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.

in order to cultivate a truly civilised society where freedom, peace and prosperity prevail, it is imperative that justice prevails in society. Like darkness and light, hope and despair, injustice and peace are mutually exclusive and can never go together. Consequently, we must strive harder to ensure justice prevails at all times.

By waging a war, nations can be conquered but not peace. Terrorists could be killed but not terrorism. It is, therefore, not force that eradicates terrorism from society. It is justice, equality, forgiveness, compassion, love and affection across races and geographical boundaries that will eradicate terror and terrorism. It is care and respect for fellow human beings for their very existence. By respecting each other’s nation, religion and sentiments we can win over hearts of each other. Thus we can establish a society where happiness predominates torment, where freedom overrules slavery and where peace lasts forever.
